The Huong-Viet Group – the HVG – was originally formed from groups of Vietnamese singers who were familiar to most Vietnamese communities in and around Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and Ontario. The HVG’s main purpose is to protect & prolong the original Vietnamese cultures, arts and literacy among Vietnamese in Toronto, the GTA, Canada, and outside of Vietnam, as best as possible.

Since its debut in January 2015, the HVG has been invited to and presented in most of the important memorial Vietnamese celebrations, plus the regular public events among Vietnamese communities.  Presently, the HVG extends its presentations to the public celebrations of other Asian communities, in and around the GTA and Ontario, as representation of the special Vietnamese art & culture groups in Ontario.
